Recovering files from back up

The files attached to documents in Project Portal are stored and backed up from the Project Portal server file system. Files are stored in the file system on a per project basis.

The process of restoring files into Project Portal contains three phases:

  1. Identifying the file(s) to be restored
  2. Finding the file(s) in the backup
  3. Uploading the file(s) into Kronodoc
